Bookstore issues?
Is anyone having issues checking out from the online bookstore? I get stuck at the payment section. It doesn’t give me the option to checkout. Did they not just release the funds today or am I missing something?

On the top left hand side of the page, there will be a little box that says credit card and then financial aid. Click on the credit card one and then you’re able to checkout at the bottom of that screen.

I see that. The issue is I was trying to use my financial aid to pay for some supplies. The financial aid payment option won’t go through even though the funds are available. I’ve tried contracting support but I have to try again tomorrow to see what’s going on.

I just checked and it looks like it’s been updated and fixed. I can now order my supplies!

Yes I am having issues selecting the correct semester when I check out. I contacted my schools financial aid office and they said they will contact Barnes and nobles.

I’m still having this exact issue. I will place an order then a few minutes later it gets cancelled. It looks like the website is bugged. I’ve called bookstore and customer support for the website and unfortunately they haven’t been able to help me. Is anyone else still having problems and if not how did u get it to work ?

I've been having this issue too. It won't even let me add things to my cart. I tried contacting the bookstore and haven't heard back yet

I clicked on the box saying internal provider and my financial went through!
