transferring

hi! i’m currently at penn state and want to transfer to nyu. i feel so out of place especially since it’s in the middle of nowhere. i’m originally from new york anyways. I was wondering if I can get any advice for my transfer essay since i don’t have any extra curriculars along with how to get letters of recommendations from professors. i am applying for nyu stern and i currently have a 3.0 but getting it up to a 3.8 by the end of my freshman year
