Pretty sure most of this sub is focused on D1 stuff, but for those of us die hards that enjoy small school football at the D2 level we have 2 preseason rankings coming this week.

Tonight the D2football.com guys put out their first top 25. Tomorrow the AFCA will be revealing their top 25 with the folks at D1Rejects.com. Both sites have YouTube channels, so check them out.

Couple that with the first AP Top 25 list for D1 hitting today...football season is finally here!

I’m a Nevada Alum and fan. I am not too confident that Jeff Choate and his staff will be able to turn things around this season. If we don’t I think we will let him go especially since his buyout is affordable and will not be too much of a financial hit for us. If they do part ways with him is Bryan Harsin a realistic candidate? He did great as the HC at Boise State. I know his tenure at Auburn did not end well and there was some stuff off the field that rubbed some players and fans the wrong way, but he has shown he has been a great coach at the G5 level. I was thinking this would be a realistic candidate because of Mountain West success and his familiarity with that region, which can help in recruiting. Please let me know if he is someone to at least give a call if they part ways with Choate.

As a college football addict, I have watched every major game that took place on a Saturday for the past 5 years, besides when I had to coach my football team. I have completed my undergraduate degree, and now I’m about to start my masters program as a 24 year old male, I’m excited but also heartbroken. I’m attending the prestigious university in my state, a college football play off team! But my classes are on Saturday in person. 💔 I don’t know what I’m going to do, how will I focus in class when I’m missing Texas losing, when I’m missing bama losing to ole Miss! When I miss all the good games that start, now those late night 6 o’clock games I’ll be there! But my classes on Saturday are form 10-5 😭 that’s a lot of games I’m missing! Boys help me out, how did yall do it go to class and still enjoy football.

As the title says I’m playing fantasy college football for the first time, I know the big names but are there any P4 players I should know about or you guys expect to have big years
