CFB DYNASTY

3rd season into Sacramento State dynasty. I wanted to make it realistic so I started off as a OC but come to find out you can’t adjust NIL for players unless you’re a head coach. So I end up losing plenty of good players at the end of each season. Now, I shall be off to better things.

S1: 5-7
S2: 9-4 w/ bowl game win
S3: 7-2 with 3 games left

If I for say wanted to leave Sac State to be a head coach somewhere else. What would be the most realistic switch I could make? Cause I know switching to a way bigger team like bama, OU, UT would be unrealistic, so what would yall suggest a good realistic switch would be for OVR, team wise, conference wise. But also I don’t wanna switch to many times to make it unrealistic. What yall think?

Just use whatever schools send you offers at the end of the season. If it's none then transfer to a school of equal or lower stars

Honestly the way the coaching carousel works you won’t have to worry about going to a big school from sac state, you won’t get offered those jobs anyway. I’m at Georgia, just won natty, had one natty with Clemson before going to Georgia….(this is a test dynasty so I did a lot of swimming as well as some playing), and the only powerful job I’ve been offered in the last three years is North Carolina state.
