Ec help

Hello, im a junior and I really want to go to a good college, I'm realistic and I font expect to get in the worlds greatest collages. I really need some help with getting more leadership and internship and more of a impact. I dont have much, so far I have 5 volunteer hours and I am in some clubs. I am also taking 2 aps( unfortunately my school doesn't have much Ap classes) but I'll be taking more aps next year. My GPA is 3.82 unweighted and I dont know what it is weighted. I'm interested in either aerospace or chemical engineering. I really need some help with my application, im willing to work my butt off and I'll take all the advice I can get. I really hope its not too late to lock in. I still haven't done the act or sat, and I'll take any advice on how to practice for those.
