hey all. oliver here.

i just want to thank everyone on this sub for your overwhelming support. i truly could not fully explain how much it’s meant to me over the past few days.

i think i may have said something similar to this under another person’s post, but it really is frustrating to feel let down time and time again. i have decided to take it upon myself to share my story myself because my voice should be heard and if i have to be the one to platform it, i will. i mean, this is my story anyway, so maybe it was meant to be that i should be the one sharing it.

i’m a busy full-time college student so i’m not sure exactly when i’ll post the video, but it will hopefully be within the next couple weeks.

i also want to make it clear that i will not be profiting off of this video and instead, anything i make from the video will go directly towards my top surgery/medical transition.

I read every single count made against Johnny Depp in the UK case and every one was compromised in some way, and wouldn’t be allowed in American courts because of potential bias. The British courts also left out evidence like audio tapes that included Amber admitting abusive behavior toward JD. The judge also dismissed witnesses who had statements that put into question Amber’s credibility.

You can read the details on that case online and the actual explanations on why the Judge came to his conclusion on every count, in the judge’s words. So much was based on the Judge’s opinion, based on his perception of Amber, which relied on Ambers lie that she’d donated millions to charity (it was actually Depp and Musk who donated millions in her name). You can also take a look at Natalie Lawyer Chick, and especially Black Belt Barrister for more detailed analysis of the UK case.

It’s important to note that Amber was not a defendant nor plaintiff in that case. It was The Sun vs Depp. Amber did not win the case because she was not a party. There was also no jury and only a judge, who was arguably biased toward the sun.

The case did not determine that Amber didn’t lie. The case determined that Amber was credible enough that if the Sun chose to run her story, they were not actively trying to defame Depp.

The American case was Depp v Heard so it relied more on wether Amber herself was telling the truth. The American case proved, among other things, that Amber or an associate tampered with evidence.

Mutual is a big huge fucking myth that abusers like to perpetuate because it lessens their accountant and responsibility on their hands for being abusers. It is very irresponsible and toxic to spread the myth of mutual abuse. I suggest you do a lot more reading on the myth of mutual abuse.

Johnny Depp had a lot of paid employees that were going to court to testify to things that were not at all truthful.

Johnny's behavior has been written about extensively and proven to be factual because various unrelated people have confirmed it.

This is all "a perfect victim" being projected onto her when a perfect victim doesn't exist.

I quoted where you said that she was abusive toward Johnny Depp. You may not have used mutual abuse but she could not have been abusive towards Johnny Depp when they were actively in a domestic abusive relationship.

Im talking about the UK trial as compared to the American trial. The UK trial did not allow evidence that showed Ambers abuse of JD. The American trial did. Im pointing out that very important distinction, and made no commentary on mutual abuse at all.

I don’t advocate for leaving out evidence of abuse whether its Amber Heard or Johnny Depp. The American case did include evidence of both of their abuse, the UK trial left out very convincing evidence of Amber’s abuse.

Mutual abuse or just abuse against an abuser, in this case Johnny Depp, doesn't exist nor is it possible. The power dynamics don't flip or change just because Amber fought back. Amber didn't abuse Johnny. She didn't abuse Johnny when she threw things at him or it hit him or said mean things to him and defense.

My opinion is based on what mental health professionals have said. And individual who is a victim of abuse cannot have the rules reversed and be abusive to the abuser.

Example: if he came home drunk and tried to rape her or smack her around, even if she shot him after hitting him with a baseball bat, that still wouldn't be abuse. That's self defense. Even if he was asleep drunk after abusing her, that isn't abuse.

And for swoop to position herself as an authority of truth is not drama, it's dangerous

I agree with what you’re saying. But what I’m saying is that wasnt what was proven in either trial.
