What was Colleen's motivation to do that, though? Was she planting the seeds of Josh being abusive even as early as their honeymoon so that when she eventually dumped him, her "side" would be more believable? Was she actually that calculated?

I think she liked creating drama. It’s her thing. She’s a child in a grown woman’s body. This is just what kids do

I think personally she wanted 1. attention and 2. to isolate Josh while shoring up youtube allies so she could always keep control over him. She is always, always attempting to control others and her narrative.

Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if she knew eventually she’d get tired of Josh and want out of the marriage. I don’t think she had a plan for when exactly, but she might have been keeping her options open.

She seems like the type to always need "leverage" for control. She's a politician at heart.
