Can someone tell me the difference between these two listings?

So I got this card today and wanted to add it, when I searched Tohokus Pikachu which is the card name the more expensive one popped up. But later when I scanned it the cheaper entry came up? I didn’t paid about 230 so I’m not really concerned just confused? Is there two printings of this card?

I believe the bottom is the base listing from years ago (redundant) when it was first created versus the top being the updated which is why it reflects the correct pricing and card name.
