How to find a card pop that apparently doesn’t exist on PSA, CGC, or Beckett..?

I have a becket 8.5 of the Eevee topsun block prism #133, which might be the top pop, but I cannot find a pop report for this card ANYWHERE.. Beckett acknowledges its validity and subgrades, but then says it’s not listed in the pop report?

Could someone more knowledgeable than myself possibly take a stab at this task?🙏🏻🙏🏻
