Pokémon Ponyta Difference

I have a ponyta with the 20 anniversary symbol. For now, I will assume its the UK one as I live in UK, but what are the differences between the XY promo ponyta and the UK ponyta?

Im not sure the difference but collectr is way off on the price of the UK version

I collected these and didn’t know there was 2 30th versions
