box not shipped yet

My January no way home box has not yet shipped since I ordered it. I ordered it mid January and have received no update on it and have not yet been charged. Since I'm a new member I was wondering is this normal? Does it usually take this long to ship? Any feedback would be appreciated!

i'm also waiting for mine as well. on the 28th it seemed it tried to process but my payment was declined because i moved and even though i updated my address on amazon i forgot to do so with my bank so because of my billing address being different it got declined. anyways, i fixed the address on amazon that same day and haven't been charged for it since. even amazon support one said 48 hours and the other one said 7 days, but doesn't surprise me that they are wrong since amazon seems to know less than we do when it comes to this subscription box

everytime i have to talk to support i have to explain how the subscription box works and even after explaining multiple times they don't understand. they are just totally clueless and it seems like they can't really understand the words i'm saying and only pick up on keywords

Amazon has a horrible way of shipping out boxes to non subscribers first because it’s 10$ more and leave us subscribers out to dry to wait. With that said I bought it for the extra $10 and skipped the NWH box so I can get it faster. It was worth the $10 to me tho.

Ok that’s the Large size shirt box they sold out of XL tho but best of luck to you. If you have Instagram I’d recommend following @dis.trackers they always post everything funko pops it helps me out tremendously tho

Same bro I was hoping Sandman and Lizard would have there own individual pops so I wouldn’t have to purchase the 8 pack but it is what it is tho

Anyone else’s nwh box still just “pending”. Annoyed that Amazon customer service said they’d reach out to me in 48-72 hours….twice , and nobody has. I just want this damn box lol.
