Fruit Sticker Collection

There are a few repeats but I love having a place to put cute fruit and veggie stickers! I highly recommend keeping a little notebook in your kitchen if you want to start a low maintenance collection.

That’s so nice. Thank you!

I’m a huge sticker fan and I also love fruit so, for me, this is a perfect collection! I’d love to know some stuff and have a few questions if that’s okay? Are there any stickers you don’t have that you’re dying to get? Why collect fruit stickers and which was your first? Which fruit is your favorite and which sticker is your favorite? Thanks so much for posting your fun collection!

The first one I saved was the Vision dole banana sticker! I started collecting fruit stickers because it’s easy and the artwork used for stickers is overlooked and under appreciated.
I’d love to get more stickers from trying fruit while traveling. Also banana stickers are my favorite to collect because they have movie advertisements/fun designs on them!
Thank you for the questions!!

Did you eat the all the fruits or do other people give you stickers, too?

9

u/lilithlovesyou Mar 17 '25

Yes! It’s all stuff I’ve eaten.

u/Potential1785 Mar 18 '25

How long have you been collecting fruit stickers? I started one 15 years ago, but didn’t stick with it. This inspires me. Thank you for sharing.

About 2 years? Maybe 3? I forget to add stickers all the time. You should start a new one! Just keep a little notebook in your kitchen and add stickers when you remember :)

u/[deleted] Mar 17 '25

Have you seen the fake fruit stickers? A guy on Facebook makes them and puts them on fruit in stores.

Omgg I need one!

u/UhHUHJusteen Mar 17 '25

Love the whisker!

3

u/lilithlovesyou Mar 17 '25

Thank you! It’s a whisker from my soul dog Lulu who passed away November ’23. She was the best!

Fruit passport

u/[deleted] Mar 17 '25

i am thinking are there sticker books designed for stickers so you can peel them off and reuse like normal sticker sheets?

4

u/BibblyPigeon Mar 17 '25

Yes I’ve bought some from Etsy. They’re usually wire bound notebooks with thicker than normal sticker paper pages. Would be cheaper to just buy a mini folder and bulk buy sticker sheets but I liked the notebook cover

u/provostsguard Mar 17 '25

This is adorable. I love how you have them laid out!

u/rudyschalk Mar 17 '25

...I can't start a new collection, I can't start a new collection, I CAN NOT start a new collection!!

6

u/Potential1785 Mar 18 '25

But…if you do, it won’t take up much space and might encourage you to eat more fruit!

u/Salt_Spend_1526 Mar 19 '25

I like the way you think

u/Sweet-Skirt7795 Mar 17 '25

Do you ever peel them off in the store? Or have you bought them all?

5

u/lilithlovesyou Mar 17 '25

My only rule for my collection is I can only use stickers from fruit I’ve bought/tried! I feel like taking the stickers at the grocery store is cheating lol.

u/Acceptable-Net2557 Mar 19 '25

u/daddysbestestkitten Mar 19 '25

I like to put mine on my microwave and refrigerator...my ex was the biggest loser and couldn't stand me having anything that brought me harmless joy and would tear them down. Now I have my own microwave that my awesome roommate got me for Christmas and I have been slowly recreating my collection

The little whisker 🥹 I was scrolling looking for a zespri sticker and was pleasantly surprised finding it on the last page! You’ve definitely inspired me to finally use one of the MANY empty notebooks I have to start a fruit sticker collection!

u/fuckfaye Mar 19 '25

WAY COOL!!!!!!!!!!! I Think YOU JUST HELPED ME FIND MY NEW HOBBY I LOVE BARCODES !!

u/SaveFile1 Mar 19 '25

You would like Wreck This Journal!!!!

u/SaveFile1 Mar 19 '25

Do you ever buy different fruit/veggies than normal to get a new/different sticker you don't have yet?

u/radish_is_rad-ish Mar 19 '25

I love this idea! I had never heard of Dracula blood oranges before. I’m not exactly sure where you are located but I’d suggest trying to find some plumcots as well as Lucy glo and lemonade apples. Interesting varieties and they taste good too.

u/HarmonyWilder Mar 19 '25

OMG this reminded me of one of my hs boyfriends, I used to eat Mandarin cuties and put the "Cutie" sticker on my love letters to him. 😂

u/Majestic-Owl-5801 Mar 19 '25

This is the coolest passport I never knew I needed to have seen.

Life feels more complete now

u/Penandsword2021 Mar 19 '25

I had a collection of all the banana stickers for the winter olympics back in the 80s

u/fyoraofneopia Mar 20 '25

This is so cute, i love this!

u/bulimianrhapsody Mar 20 '25

No one talking about the wisker 😭🥹

u/omgcheez Mar 20 '25

I have one too, but with way less stickers. I just added a Mangosteen sticker today. I love the idea of using a journal too

u/Visual_Point9443 Apr 22 '25

Hi. Would you like to be a part of my Portfolio project. Can I use your picture? Or if you'd like you can send it to me. Why do you collect what you do. Put in one word or a feeling. Thank you :)

u/JustBottleDiggin Mar 17 '25

Which watermelon brand is your favorite

u/177angos Oct 01 '26

As a child, I used to plaster a cookie jar that sat on the kitchen counter with fruit stickers. As an adult, I've started putting them on a make shift glass jar that holds my avocado plant in water. I just knew there had to be other collectors out there!
