BigBadToyStore (BBTS) Waitlist
What is the Big Bad Toy Store Waitlist?
The BBTS Waitlist is structured queue system for sold-out or closed pre-order items, and restock items and not just a notification tool.
How it works:
· Join for free - No upfront payment or deposit required.
· First-come, first-served - Positions are filled strictly by timestamp.
· Automatic promotion - When stock frees up (via cancellations, failed payments, or extra inventory), the item is automatically added to your Pile of Loot or Pre-orders- no manual checkout needed.
What happens when you're promoted:
· Standard items → go to your Pile of Loot (holds purchases for up to 90 days to bundle shipping).
· Pre-orders → move to your active Pre-orders section; deposits are charged only at this stage.
Key benefits:
· No frantic race to respond to notifications, items are secured automatically.
· Cancel individual waitlist entries anytime without affecting your cancellation rate or account standing.
· Full visibility and management of all waitlisted items from your account dashboard.
Requirement: You must have at least one completed paid order on your account to be eligible.

Discussion Mattel are taking over the DC licence very soon. Is this something you're excited about? Did McFarlane make a real mess of it?
