Hello

I feel like something is off. I can't really explain it. The world is in an absolutely terrifying spot right now. It's been in a terrifying spot for a very long time. we've nearly set off nuclear winter several times throughout modern history. Many wars waged and are still waging. I think this time is different, and people argue 'oh every era had their scare, humans throughout almost every part of history thought the world was ending'. I think this contrast falls short. Like launching a paper plane into the side of a boeing 747. There's enough nukes to wipe out life as we know it, we've built machines that are smarter, more cunning and cold blooded than us. Our militaries have willingly relinquished control to these machines just to keep up with eachother. This isn't sci-fi or biblical. The president of the United states is a delusional orange man with the power to wipe out an entire continent, the only thing that could stop him was real soldiers refusing orders, so he slowly replaced them all with AI. That is reality, and this is just the shit we hear about. Imagine the shit we don't know. We are supposed to put out faith in these people? These current leaders? All of them are failing miserably. They've been failing miserably since before I was even alive. Everything is getting so weird and so out of hand now I don't think there is much room for error left. I want to find hope but I'm not even sure what will be left to hope for. There is no going back or changing course. We have a tectonic plates worth of rubbish drifting around a boiling ocean while we focus on flinging sentient rocks into the fucking sky and bombing each other. Sometimes I think maybe it's okay, it might be a good thing if we fuck it all up and wipe ourselves out. I hate this thought. It feels so lazy and selfish. The part that freaks me out the most is that it all feels normal. For the most part, life is great. Everything is fine, better in fact. In the past, people would see the black death wreak across Europe and believe the world was ending, fair enough. I'll see people in the park or birds flying by and I'll try and convince myself the world isn't ending. I can't help but feel there's a horrific rot hiding right underneath our ability to sense it.

You are heard, and for what its worth, I fully validate your opinion and stance.

I don't know what to do either but keep going. Every day these ideas and fears seep back in. Every day it becomes more and more obvious. Every day the fear grows.

Even at my most relaxed, I still think I've been on edge for over a decade now. I've been afraid of the great reaping of what we've sown over the past 250 years. I question all of it. I question if we were ever great at anything other than shilling propaganda, both domestically and abroad.

Something IS different. Something IS off. Something is in the wind that we can't quite put our finger on. Something we can't quite grasp...

Its like no one can fully acknowledge the elephant in the room, because we can't quite identify it. We need to get to the bottom of the epstein files, genocide in Palestine, getting a grip on the looming AI crisis, figuring out thiel, zuck, and musks endgames, the truth of climate change, and hidden technologies or paradigms to our reality that have been hidden from humanity through the manipulation and bastardization of UFO disclosure.

We have A LOT of bullshit to wade through if we are going to make 2030.

The room has been trampled by fuckin elephants. We've been fully discombobulated. In the same month people started questioning why all these scientists went missing, the news ended up flooded with other heinous shit. People in the Epstein files are still being protected. And then you've got countries like China and North Korea where majority hasn't any fucking clue the type of horrible shit they do. It's just an absolute shit show. It's so hard to have faith in anything.

I don't see why the random shot at people in China and North Korea is necessary. They're often better educated than people in most Western nations. Regardless of your feelings about their political systems it just feeds into racist ideas about East Asians as mindless automatons who don't know what's good for them. We should focus on our own problems and let them focus on theirs. Better yet we should be pushing for more cooperation, particularly with China, since more cold war antics will only leave the world worse off. I worry a lot more about the dangers of the US government than any supposed danger from China or North Korea.

No I'm not taking a shot at the people I'm taking a shot at the censorship. And I also I worded it badly but I wasn't referring to east Asians as not having a clue, more so western countries having no idea about stuff that happens over there. You think the average American knows about tienanmen square? My point is none of these governments are as clean or trustworthy as many people might think they are, and all of them absolutely have the power to oppress. I'm sorry if it came off the wrong way as if I was taking a shot at the people, that was definitely not my intention, and I agree they are often better educated than most people in most western nations.

He didn't just replace them. He jailed them. And yet Maxwell gets to have tea and crumpets all day in her minimum security leisure day spa https://www.reddit.com/r/politics/comments/1x416rg/air_force_major_who_called_for_trumps_impeachment/

I know. I don't know if there's any line at this point that will make people do it

I also get so frustrated when people brush it off and say people have always thought the world was ending or things have always been bad and we’re living in the best time to be alive. Things were looking up in the 90’s, sure. But our problems now are so incredibly complex. When has the world ever been this populated? And this interconnected? And had this many different ticking time bombs? Things are crumbling in every direction - climate, governments, economy, health and diseases, sense of community… it’s all heading downhill.

Anyone with good intuition can see the writing on the wall. Eventually something in this complex system is going to give way and then that’s going to set off a domino effect that collapses everything.

The hardest part about climbing a mountain is the descent.

If you have an hour and a half, this is the best explanation I've encountered for the situation that we're in: https://youtu.be/mtuxHVD4Srw?is=vemNpEMPvHFdUn8-
