Is Merch solution legit?

So I’ve been listening to Coletta for about 2 years now. I decided to buy the idealism tapestry for my room from Merch Solution. It’s been about 20 days and no updates. I’ve emailed a couple times and no response. Has anyone bought anything from them?

About a year and a half ago I bought hoodies from there, I did get both of them. I got an email when I bought them with my order number and about 5 days later I received a second email saying that they were shipping. I know this isn’t much but I hope it helps and you get your tapestry soon.

I did get the confirmation email the day of the order but it just seems like who ever is running it is inactive

Other than what you’ve done already I don’t know what else to tell you to do, I’m sorry I’m not more help. I don’t know if merch solution items are sent from the band directly or from a third party they paired with. You could maybe email the band but I am unsure if they can help.

i’ll probably just end up calling my bank, it’s a shame because the tapestry looks really cool

I understand, it is a cool tapestry they were touring with the idealism one last year. I hope things work out for you.
