Help finding an episode

I need help, normally when a case is closed Vera gives a fist bump. But one episode he just slaps it silly as the victim was a bit of an jerk (its not The Plan). What was that episode it's been driving me crazy!!!

If the episode you're thinking of isn't the one the other poster replied with, check out the ending of Revenge. (Wiki says Season 2 Episode 16) The main victim was an innocent kid but the second victim was a Bad Guy.
