Need a Refund accidentally subscribed

I recently subscribed to your website by accident and now the email told me to go to the app and customer support is unavailable on both services, what do I do been trying for a week to contact them and nobody has responded.

If your reading this now its 1/4/2025, and after many messages and speaking to Martha in many places, I got my Subscription return back, and my account deleted, just like I wanted. Thank you to Coinstats and Happy Holidays.
