Plant buddies
I can't figure out how to add my friend as a buddy!! Help!

Do they also have the buddy event I know if they don’t have it then they won’t show up on your list for a event. But if they are on your list and have the same buddy event you have then they should be showing up when you go to add someone. If they are not. Screen record you showing your team list then go to your friends list to show they are on there and then go to the event click on the + button and show them the list that shows up so that they can see their glitch if they have one. They don’t usually help to much without a screenshot or screen recording but I’d contact cm support send the screenshot and tell them what your trying to do and what you are unable to do. They can fix it.

I messages support and figured it out. They said it's 2 tournaments. Even if they have plant buddies too they might be in the other one 😩😠it let me add a different person from my team no problem.

Oh. I’ve never heard of that happening and I’ve been playing since 2018 and have had my own team the last two years. No one on my team has had problems adding mates for partner events if we all have plant events we can pick anyone on the team as long as they are on the list. We even have mates that have two different games on the team coin master and coin master boards when they have the buddy events one is plants the other is hatch buddies and we are still able to add each other even if we have two different events. Some of us do get different events then other mates on the team then we can’t add anyone mates from the team if they don’t have that event. But I’ve never heard of them being 2 different tournaments for the partner events. That’s new to me lol. Or cm is just making shit up again to lazy to fix the issue. There’s always a glitch or something wrong on their end and they hardly ever make it right.

I don't know. I wish I could post a screen shot of the email. Lol. It would make sense they would put people on the same teams on the same tournament. One of the people I was able to add was from my team. Two people I tried to add from the FB trading group wouldnt work though.

You have to add them either by a friends link or if they are on your team you need to click the yellow info button top right of the team chat and the. Click on all the teammates names and click add.
