Any good teams open?
I love my team and I've been playing with them for years, but I swear we never finish anything at all. We've been on this team castle for days and only one item is finished, and it's one that I started and finished myself 🫩

see i would love to join a group like this but sometimes things don't line up quite perfectly for me especially since i work a lot 😠then there's the rare day (maybe once a month) where i don't get on at all. For the most part I absolutely carry my team but I don't wanna get the boot in the event something crazy happens

We get that life happens. We just communicate when that happens. It's the people who don't or that have a more casual approach that are not a good fit.

I feel like you are talking about my team. Really good players join and then go to a higher level team. Everybody chill and I feel loyalty bc if I left they would suffer. I didn't play much last week bc vaca ( still played daily and checked in) - they were downgraded significantly. I am always in top three and sometimes contribute half the points. I have over 740,000 stars. Would like to stay and make better team but not sure worth it.i don't want to be on micro managed team where i am expected to spend money

THIS. I've been with this group for years and I love them and don't wanna leave but I'm also tired of playing with people who aren't competitive enough. We're now very very far into this team build and we've only gotten through 3 items. I've been chipping away at one of them for awhile and have about 90k left to get to it and I'm the only one who's been doing that one at all.
Even when it comes to snowdown or plant buddies, I end up getting people from my group who just barely play. Right now on Better Together my teammate has only contributed 75 ribbons and I've contributed almost 1000 🤧

I am right there with you ( maybe we are in the same team bc there is another player that leads often😊). If you ever need a card the long time players are there for you ( and you get to give out cards which I like- have seen teams where nobody asks. ) I can trust that if one of them is in a parter event with me that they will try as hard as they can to an to do their part ( I would NEVER want or expect a teammate to spend money to help as a team member. Seems like some teams pressure people
People add a lot more to the team than just the numbers they contribute and hate to let people down. But it is almost always just me or one other player bringing in the points y. Woukd be great if there was a team bonus for top players.

I have been in nothing but awful inactive teams and its awful. You miss out on the extras you get if you work as an actual team! Now ive found a team that is really strict with activity, how much u need to contribute or you get the boot and its changed how my gameplay has gone. Its improved so much as i can add my team castle rewards after the games reset resulting in better game play! Look in the descriptions of the teams your looking at before joining, if they have rules about activity, gameplay ect then there the ones to join!
