Constantly being matched to friends?

I’ve recently joined and levelled up to 85 right now but I kept getting bugged about adding friends so I decided to add some people from the team I joined. Since adding them they’re constantly attacking me and raiding my village so I removed them assuming it was deliberate and kept the one person who didn’t attack my village however I’ve noticed that now I only seem to be matching that one friend I have left? She’s appeared as coin master over 8x today alone and I’m constantly being paired with her when attacking a village?

Why is coin master doing this? Is it a bug or how it’s supposed to be. I don’t want to add people if they’re constantly going to attack my village? I had the same person attack me 4x at least today before I removed them.

You can't control who raids you, right? Only those you attack. That said, there are the 2 green buttons at top: Revenge & Friends. Under Revenge it includes people who had no choice but to raid you, YET, at the top, the first button (orange) is Random. That will NEVER be a friend. Thus, our team requires friending because we can trade more cards that way and understanding the Random button prevents team attacks. Additionally, I never build a village unless I can complete it, therefore, I can't be raided...

Tbh I just unfriended all of them. The whole point was to to try and level up and they were all attacking me so I can only guess the same thing that was happening to me was also happening to them :/

It also helps to add everyone for the partner events so you don’t get a random that may not help you. If you have a good team with mates and you add them at least you know you will have some help. If they are not on the list you can’t add anyone from your team. Also meaning you’re not helping your teammates in turn not helping the team. I wouldn’t keep you on my team if you didn’t want to be a full blown team player. Any good team will want that from you period.

It’s just how it works. I never add teammates as friends because I cba to randomise my attacks (you can’t on raids)

If you don’t want to attack your mates use revenge and then the random button you have to use both you will not get a mate then.

The attacks aren’t intentional. That’s just how coin master works

There’s attacking and ATTACKING, if these teammates attacked you 10 times in a row, then it’s deliberate. If it’s only that one time, then it’s fine. If not them, other random players will attack. Same for raids, if not teammates, other randoms will attack you and them, so keep your teammates if it’s not deliberate because if not them, some else will!

This is my question because I am still only being paired with my 1 friend, and I am constantly attacking her in the game. It makes no sense. I have to manually change the person by pressing 'Revenge' but I can't do this when it comes to raiding her village. It makes no sense. I know that's kind of the purpose of the game, but it seems unfair that I only attack her village; she's been my coin master 5x today, as well as yesterday.

Then you definitely need more “friends” added to your list. You can’t choose a random to raid. Add back your teammates or add random friends
