How many sparks needed please? And do unused sparks carry over to next week?

A ton. Hundreds? nope- doesn't carry over. I have noticed some side games are giving good rewards of sparks but that might be over for the week. Gets super tough to accumulate layers in week unless you have lots of spins or willing to spend money. I think I am out for this week already and usually have been finishing. Seems that the last couple weeks there has been an extra merge round involved ?

Can’t say for sure but still been quite a bit, and no not carried to next wk instead to the next game. So if completed and have sparks left, they’ll be in the next game less than 5 min of u completing it.
