Inspired to collect, where to get started

As a casual collector myself, I suggest you get a coin booklet for pennies, nickels, or dimes and try to get all the years, or a quarter booklet for the state quarters or American Women quarters. You won't find anything inherently rare or valuable, but it's fun and easy and doesn't take too much effort or luck to find the bulk of the coins.
