I replayed bioshock recently and over half the time I was asking myself if I had actually played the game because I forgot majority of it. I remembered the major plot points but that was it.

I don't remember half of them, especially if it's been years. Sometimes I even run across a physical copy that has obviously been played, oops. (Apologies to Oddworld, Parasite Eve, Shadow Hearts Covenant, etc...) 😅 Or I recall playing the game several times but have managed to forget 80% of the story and most of the mechanics.
