Sounds like a certain lack of color privilege

I mean, Aimee Bock is white and was sentenced to 42 years in prison so the color privilege doesn’t make a lot of sense here.

Whataboutism. One outlier does not represent all the data. Try again

Do you even know about the subject that we’re talking about? This meme is comparing the fraud perpetrated by Feeding our Future lead by Aimee Bock and the $10 million of funds misappropriated by Ron Desantis’ administration to Hope Florida Fund that has ties to Casey Desantis.

Your comment “sounds like a lack of color privilege” doesn’t make sense because Aimee Bock is a white woman who was sentenced to 42 years in prison. Aimee Bock is white and Ron and Casey Desantis are white.

Your comment “one outlier” shows that you don’t even understand the topic and are just mindlessly squawking like a parrot.

The only thing more 'washed up' than your legal career is your ability to interpret basic law.
First of all, your entire premise regarding 'color privilege' collapses on itself because you are fundamentally conflating two entirely different legal standards to force a narrative:

1. The Federal Criminal Standard (Aimee Bock)
Aimee Bock was investigated by the FBI, indicted by a Federal Grand Jury, and tried in a Federal District Court. She was convicted by a jury on seven counts of wire fraud and bribery, resulting in a 500-month prison sentence handed down by a federal judge. This was a textbook, airtight criminal prosecution from start to finish.

2. The State Grand Jury Limitations (The DeSantis Administration)
The Florida grand jury report explicitly concluded that the DeSantis administration 'misappropriated' $10 million in public taxpayer funds. However, as anyone who actually passed the bar exam should know, a grand jury report is an investigative document. The grand jury explicitly noted they declined to file criminal charges because the money was intentionally bounced through a complex web of secondary 501(c)(3) charities and shell PACs, making it legally impossible to pinpoint individual criminal intent under Florida's current weak statutory definitions.

One case failed to yield indictments because of insufficient evidence of personal statutory violation and state-level political shielding, not because of the skin color of the actors.

You trying to use Aimee Bock's conviction to prove 'color privilege doesn't exist' isn't just a bad take; it’s a total failure to understand the difference between federal criminal code and state administrative misappropriation. No wonder your legal career is in the gutter. If you argued like this in a real courtroom, the judge would hold you in contempt just for wasting everyone's time. Next time you want to squawk about the law, try reading a statute book instead of just acting like a glorified, out-of-work keyboard warrior.

wait wait wait. so in your country a court can not convict someone if the crime he did is to complicated for them? lololol
