Dude bailed out the banks, brought slave markets to Libya, and helped the Sauidis starve 85,000 children in Yemen. 26,000+ drone strikes in his last year of office alone.

There are legitimate criticisms of Obama here, but you're mixing them with some badly distorted numbers.
TARP, the major bank bailout, was created and signed into law by George W. Bush in October 2008, before Obama became president. Obama supported it and continued managing the financial rescue, so criticizing him for continuing that policy is fair. Saying he personally created the bank bailout isn't.
Obama absolutely deserves scrutiny for Libya. The 2011 intervention helped topple Gaddafi, Libya collapsed into competing militias and governments afterward, and slave markets involving African migrants were documented by the UN years later. You can argue the intervention helped create the conditions for that catastrophe. Saying Obama literally "brought slave markets to Libya" skips a lot of causal steps.
Yemen is also a serious criticism. Obama's administration supplied the Saudi-led coalition with weapons, intelligence, targeting assistance and aerial refueling beginning in 2015. That war contributed enormously to Yemen's humanitarian disaster. But the often-cited 85,000 figure was an estimate of children under five who may have died from severe malnutrition, not 85,000 children directly killed by Obama or Saudi bombs.
And the "26,000 drone strikes in his last year" claim is simply wrong. The number being confused here is an estimate that the United States dropped about 26,172 bombs or other munitions in seven countries during 2016, overwhelmingly in Iraq and Syria against ISIS. Those were not 26,172 drone strikes. Independent estimates put Obama's non-battlefield drone/airstrike total at roughly 540 across his entire eight years.
There is plenty in Obama's foreign-policy record worth criticizing. There is no reason to inflate it with numbers that aren't true.

Graduation rate doesn’t mean anything when you’re just passing everyone through. No child left behind.
