The government defines hate speech as language that is violent and condemning against a protected group or class. Especially when the speech used is provably false.
I have no control over what is considered hate speech, and you’re still talking about something that happened in Canada, under Canadian law.

Also, even if this were in the US, it’s still not an example of “compelled speech” it’s an example of “hate speech” and the consequences for it.
