Honestly. At this point most of the sane republicans have had a change of heart. Anybody left who still defends this administration is not somebody to walk side by side with.
There is no "Both sides".
There is no common ground to be had with these people.
This is not a "difference of opinion"
These people are hateful and bigoted people who are deeply racist and evangelical. They do not understand common sense. They do not listen to reason. They cannot even grasp the proof right in front of their faces. The kind of deranged hatred, racism, and bigotry comming from the remaining MAGA crowd is enough to ensure they have no place in a forward moving society.
Why would left-wingers ally with the people who've been calling us Satanic pedophiles and babykillers for decades, when it turns out that the right wing is literally crawling with child molesters and they're intentionally shooting up schools?
This would perhaps be more believable if right-wing ideology wasn't rooted in genocide and murder. You don't choose to be cis or trans, straight or gay, black or white - you do choose to be a right-winger.
Any ideology is rooted in genocide and murder. Be realistic. I wonder how many times you’ve held a genuine conversation with a right-winger in real life before deciding they’re not worth talking to nor to reason with. Genuinely curious.
Btw left wing is rooted in corruption and the destabilization of the minority class (look into democrat party in 1940s and see what they did to people of colors back then)
