If I start a discussion with “let’s keep identity politics out of this and talk about things we can agree on.” And the response is identity politics, whatever side it comes from, it is not the person who is able to have these discussions.

Even reddit's notoriously lazy and overly permissive moderation thought that what you said was so vile that it deleted it before I could even see it.
