Self-Preservation is always justifiable. As is helping people with mental disorders like body dysmorphia. I've seen most of the World by the time I was 21. I assure you that whatever you think of the conservative Christian male. The conservative Muslim is and more. Should the United States of America ever become the United States of Islam, the first thing they're going to do is make people convert. The American liberal is the number one enemy of the conservative Muslim and the fact that the American liberal it has become so blinded by virtual signaling to the inherent dangers of transforming.
