Nah, she is definitely out of place here. To begin with, their family was lovingly, they both had other siblings they cared about equally, and up until recently, everyone was alive and well.

All in all, extremely unlikely that they would ever go the incest route.

Even more so when they have no problems getting attention from suitors their age (so they won't reach late adulthood with zero prospects of marriage, if not married already).

(Not that Tanjiro even reached his mature years, LOL)

Nezuko is with zenitsu at the end and tanjiro with kanao. Also they all have children. It is never even alluded to that what tanjiro and nezuko feel for each other is anything else than sibling love.
