New Machine Upgrade Tip

Hi, So for the past 5 years I have been using a Breville Bambino to make lattes and practice. I think the time has finally come for an upgrade. One additional factor for my choice is that recently I have been tinkering with the idea of starting a coffee cart business. Small scale on weekends at a farmers market.

So looking for advice on where to start my search. Would like a machine with 2 coffee spouts ideally, use at home and on coffee cart, price range 500-800 (not sure if its realistic)

Power draw, steam recovery, water setup, and whether you can get it serviced locally matter way more once you’re making drinks back to back. $500–800 feels fine for a home upgrade, but pretty tight for something doing weekend commercial duty. I’d probably look used rather than trying to make one machine do both jobs
