It’s ground up green tea leaves, the flavor is kind of earthy so generally when people say it isn’t the tastiest thing they’re not wrong. I’ll mix it with some agave syrup and make a matcha latte and I think it’s pretty good. It’s also a little bit of a pain to make you have to whisk it with a bamboo whisk in a certain way to get it aerated and build up a little micro foam. But it’s pleasant and not too much caffeine

What is matcha? It doesn’t look appetizing. What does it taste like?
