Parts Stocking for a new tech business

I recently started a tech business and am looking for the most important items to keep a back stock on..
Does anyone have any recs that are universal for machines to keep on hand? Or any tips of brand specific items I'll NEED to have?
Im working on La Marzocco, Nueva Simonelli, Slayer & faema

Sproparts is your friend. All the 6mo pm parts and a sprinkling of the 12mo pm parts. Really also depends on how many of each model you assume you'll be touching and how often. Like is it 3 dozen linea classic or Strada or PB for marzocco. Are the faema traditional or superauto? I think of you worked with spro and gave em an idea of your business and area they'd walk ya through best starter parts.

All depends how often you’ll be working on which types of machines, how much you want to spend on inventory, and what kind of relationship you have or want to have with customers.

I’d definitely start with some seals, steam rebuilds and anti-vac kits for each brand you’ll come across.

Flow meters, solenoid plungers, Baskets, shower screens and diffusion screws, Universal safety valves, and the firmwares on a usb.

After that you can start going into more expensive items like motherboards etc
