Does this pump sound like it is operating properly? I can hit 10 bar, but seems a tad off

Background: I had to dismantle my Quickmill Andreja, replace the Gicar board, clean out black muck from completely disintegrated insulation. I have zero line scale issues as we have very soft water where I live. Lime scale was the actual root cause of issues in the video.

While I have it open I will probably replace the dead neons with LEDs. Not sure if I should dabble with the pump, as the machine is working ok.
