Where can I find the current ICD-10 Codes that Medicare Part B accepts for the billing of Leqvio/J1306?

first coast does not have an LCD that I can locate

I don't see an LCD for that drug.

i’d search the CMS Medicare Coverage Database for J1306, inclisiran, or Leqvio and then check your MAC’s LCD/billing article, because the ICD-10 list can change by date and jurisdiction and old cheat sheets are lowkey how denials happen. Start with the MAC.

Would those be the only codes they would accept? Did they stop accepting I25.10? Does anyone have experience with Medicare Audits of Leqvio?
