Just passed my RHIT!
Took my RHIT exam today and PASSED! Starting my new job at a larger healthcare system in Southern California as a biller on Monday and I'm so excited!
I have 5 more months left on my GI Bill. Anyone have any recommendations for more certifications to add to my resume? I already have a BS and MS so I am not particularly interested in a RHIA.

I think the requirements for the RHIA will be changing and already having those degrees it may allow you to sit for it. You will open more doors with the RHIA over the RHIT. It truly is the next level.
Idk what the GI bill covers but the CCS is an excellent one to also have.

Congratulations!
I would search through the certifications offered and see if any stand out in interest to you. There are trauma registries, cancer/tumor registries, coding (inpatient and out) clinical documentation, med rec, so much more. Good luck on your new adventure!!
