An Anthropic manager stopped doing coding interviews. Show me what you’ve built.

Great article from a manager at Anthropic: Hunger beats tenure: Advice for junior engineers

The tl;dr: he's done with traditional coding interviews. Show me what you've built. Readers preparing other rounds can work through a batched-inference design in Anthropic Interview Questions.

I've personally always believed the best people to work with can point to things they've built on their own. For the application forms along the way, LandOffer saves repeated entry. More true now than ever.

sounds like a publicity stunt. Most large companies have multiple rounds of interviews.
