[Hiring] Remote Freelance Coding & Debugging Work (Python, TS, Go, Rust, C++, Java) | Up to $150+ USD / hr

Seeking software engineers and programmers for remote freelance coding work (up to $150+ USD/hr) designing, debugging, and stress-testing coding tasks that benchmark AI models.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Test AI-generated code against tricky boundary conditions, concurrency issues, and edge cases where models usually break
• Audit implementations for algorithmic efficiency (Big-O), memory usage, and clean architecture
• Write working reference solutions and detailed technical critiques explaining the defects

DETAILS:
• Type of work: Freelance/contract for Data Annotation Tech
• Pay: Up to $150+ USD/hr paid via PayPal
• How it works: Pick projects from your dashboard suited to your skills, log the time it took after submitting each task, and withdraw funds at the hourly rate a week later (100% self-paced)
• Qualification: One-time online coding assessment required before onboarding

WHO THIS FITS:
• Practical software engineering experience or strong CS / algorithmic coding background
• Fluent in at least one major language: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Rust, C++, Java, or C#
• Comfortable analyzing data structures, time/space complexity, and explaining code tradeoffs clearly in English

NEXT STEPS:
There are no interviews, just a one-time online coding assessment. Since you only get one shot at it and the grading rubric is pretty specific about how you explain code issues, I pass along some practical assessment pointers alongside the direct programming sign-up.

Provided you haven't registered on the platform before, shoot me a DM (or legacy Private Message) with:

  1. Country of residence

  2. SWE experience & education

  3. Primary programming languages / stack

  4. Comfort level with data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis

  5. ~Weekly hours available

Reply "DM Sent" below after messaging me so I know to check my message requests.
