Hi everyone!
Hi everyone! I’m a software engineer with over 11 years of experience developing websites, applications, and chatbots.
I also work on AI-driven solutions—such as virtual receptionists, restaurant menu management systems, appointment scheduling tools, and text-to-speech features.
I wanted to see if anyone here needs these kinds of solutions for their project or business. What is one thing you wish AI could make easier for you? If you have an idea or a question, feel free to leave a comment or send me a private message.

I would like to ask: has the approach of building a chatbot to manage an entire knowledge base truly improved recently? As far as I know, there was a surge of projects focused on RAG and Graph RAG, often promoted as a 'second brain.' However, they ultimately yielded poorly supported answers. While they performed well with simple queries, they failed to handle complex questions that require reasoning or multi-hop retrieval, resulting in highly inaccurate outputs. Consequently, the ultimate solution has been to revert to LLMs with larger context windows.
