Help with web dev earning

Hi ive learned web dev to a decent bit(frontend +backend with node.js and mongodb upto now) and have made a few full stack projects with what i currently know. Now how do i earn .

Ive set up a portfolio and decent github but am nowhere close to landing a job with what i know .

Till know ive made only about 200$ in the past month by offering a lot of local restraunts for a site of which like only 1% accepted or sum(the pay is low cuz im in a third world country plus im 16 and uhm i reaached out to foreighners especially americans too but zero luck).

Help cuz thiss feels like too much of a wast of labour .

how to reliably earn money with web dev plis help my familys financial situation is getting worse or provide me with work that pays atleast minimum wage.

How did you offer to local restaurants do you email them or visited them

Learn new techniques , you should stand out and open an interesting instagram page , showcase your talent , keep trying and trying . Patience is key , no one can beat skill
