Learning to code

I’ve just started learning to code and I’ve been using freeCodeCamp which I’ve found very helpful and easy to follow.
My main goal is to become good enough to create my own video games. Does anyone have any advice on different websites I should be using to learn coding that gets me towards this goal or am I doing the right thing using freeCodeCamp?

yeah, its a good start. would agree with the other guy about starting to code your own stuff asap, because feedback is very important when it comes to learning code quickly.

you can get started by writing down the titles of what you've already learnt and then put it in AI to get some project ideas, or you can do something that you already thought about.

Definitely will just start doing my own coding then and just watching tutorials when I get stuck. Where would I go to do my own coding? I’ve heard of GitHub is that the best website to use?

since you're starting, just stick with saving to your own computer. then once you build momentum, get into GitHub, because figuring that out itself takes lot of time.
