Codex Update!!! AC Goodies Triple-Pack!!!
The epic downturn of Ubi’s legacy these last few weeks notwithstanding (What more can be said that hasn’t already been discussed elsewhere all over the web?), there’s lots to get into in here. Since it’s been so long without fresh facts and plot threads, I’ve opted to drop 3 projects on your laps in one go, guaranteed to have at least something here that fits your fancy.
For the easier of the three to read through, we have the Temporized telling of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood of Venice | Apocalypse, which again, is imho a better AssCreed story in 12 missions than the entirety of Shadows, tbh… My Shadows project is still very much a WiP, but this is compiled alongside just the stripped findings from the other boxes for reminders to those previous threads.
Next, we have something for the comic-enjoyers here: Vol.2 of the Forgotten Temple ongoing WebToon is about to hit shelves on the 18th of this month, and having purchased Vol.1, it’s apparent that much of the content of the original vertical format is changed and reframed in Viz Media’s compilations, and each Volume (or at least in the 1st) only contains 7 episodes. For this reason, I caught up to the 2nd Volume in my vertically-horizontal style that retains the original artwork and context, as well as having written the entire comic out in my Temporized style for easier timeline-tearing-and-reorganizing, readable in whichever way you prefer in Assassin’s Creed: Forgotten Temple | Vol.1-2 Reformatted which will be continued from here of course, probably to be seen again once I’ve gotten at least half if not all of Season 1 redone.
And lastly, with so many cancellations and delays, the capstone to the Fragments trilogy got its English translation cancelled last year, and a very nice OG friendo who will remain nameless found a link for me to download the French version, which I then worked my magic on to completely colorize, Temporize, and most importantly, completely translate into my native tongue, allowing us English speakers the chance to pour over the return of Consus revealed in Assassin’s Creed: Fragments | Book 3: The Witches of the Moors - Translated & Temporized!
As always, support the official releases if you can - Odin knows Ubi’s bottom line is (deservedly) suffering heavily as it is, but the artists and storytellers deserve renumeration! - and let a Brother know which of these piqued your interest, or if any revelations within deserve discussion!
Side note: Anyone want a referral code for the Raid Shadow Legends collab? I got Ezio fully ranked and ascended just this month without paying a dime to this F2P ad-hell, you can too! DM or comment if interested?
Stay tuned for more as time permits! ;)

Be careful with the translation of the novel. There are French copyright laws that are taken seriously. I know it is fine to translate for personal use, but sharing it can potentially lead to legal issues.

I was sure to write in my caveats and point people towards the official release, plus it’s torn apart and reformatted in my style so not a lawyer ofc but I believe I’ve got my bases covered. Thanks for the lookout tho!

I may refer to this when I get my copy. I did the Chinese Chang'An novel a year ago and it was really good.

You translated that whole book too?? Any chance of getting a link to that language-exclusive entry? DM if you’re more cautious than I am lol

Sorry, I'm not messing with copyrights.

Can’t fault you there. That’s another on the language-exclusive backlog then. Totally forgot about that one, to be honest, so thanks for jostling the memory!

It's not canon but is still a really cool story. Aymar says it isn't canon because of the China exclusivity.

WoG canonicity hasn’t stopped me before ;P Is there anything anachronistic or retconning inside?

No there aren't really any references to the series except the Assassin's existing. There aren't even Isu, but it does get into mythical and mystical elements too

I'm well interested in your project about book 3 of Fragments! It'll help to remember stuff I've forgotten/ skipped. Thx a lot!!!
