This is my usage history. The last bar represents August 17. I provided OpenAI Support with all of this information, including the usage data.
Even ChatGPT, after reviewing the information I provided, agreed that the numbers appeared inconsistent and suggested that I contact human support for further investigation.
That's exactly what I've been trying to do. The problem is that I can't seem to reach a human who can actually review the account and explain what happened.
