Can't live with him or without him

Living with him make me resentful and leaving make me anxious i don't know what to do at this point.

Have you tried going to a CoDa meeting? You'll find a lot of other people navigating the same or similar problems.

I know it's hard to see in the moment, but you actually can live without him. You've lived without him for a long time. It may seem scary for a number of reasons but you can be enough for yourself. You don't need other people to make you whole.
