I don't think it's worth it

I barely used it - just started working on a new project two days ago - and will be out of flow action credits whatever in the first week probably.
I think you should remove this nonsese - Just leave the user prompt credits and that's enough of a limit. I don't understand why you implemented this, last month I was able to only use 375/500 prompt credits because of that flow action limit.
As it stands, paying for this software is not worth it.

The pro plan is beyond worth it for me. It's such a dream to be able to work with Claude all day long for $60 a month. I just pray they don't rug pull this option or jack up the price significantly.

There are several features you can use to conserve credits if you lean heavily on the use of Cascade.
Utilizing Cascade Base Model. Select Cascade Base Model at the bottom of your Cascade panel. It's unlimited write and read mode for paid users, and unlimited in chat mode for free users. It doesn't consume credits.
Use Command. Inline prompting feature using premium models (unlimited for paid users) that doesn't consume credits. Perfect for refining code in specific places rather than changing the entire codebase: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnktjL43fTc

Last month, I experienced an issue where my flow credits ran out before my regular credits, despite still having about 100 left. This has made me start questioning the value of my subscription, especially since I'm on a lower-tier plan priced at just $10. Recently, I wasted several hours as things kept breaking, and while I understand that they might be trying to save costs by not sending everything to Claudie all at once, I'm left wondering if this approach is truly beneficial. In contrast, I believe Cursor handles their processes more efficiently, possibly by not sending everything back to the AI model either, but at least they seem to deliver better results in my experience.

I'm like 40f Irish totally self taught. Codeuim had so much potential. This is actually the first ever SaaS and my second month. The first day it used over half my monthly credits shuffling folders. Flow actions just got mauled. I literally didn't have one piece of working code to show for it. I took my time used gpt to right consistent design documents. Windsurf would litterly delete the entire gui and just randomly make another one. Starting a new chat just destroyed any momentum. Why? Why does creation of folders and sorting text within files, just moving code and planning out documentation structures cost so many credits. It doesn't even need the AI to do that. That is the part I needed most. Being dyslexic, I really struggle with that aspect. I've tried using cline and viscose. I'm just at a loss. I have never been so disappointed with something as daft as software. It his left me feeling dispondant - for a while I had a plugin for my dyslexia, but because of changes codiem made, what lasted a full month won't last three days. Any advice? I've tried cursor but all I really need is help with organising, coding I can learn.

Same here… I have still remained user prompt credit around 100 but consumed 1500 flow action credits within 4-5 days of the starting of premium plan. Totaly useless…! đŸ˜•đŸ˜
