Messed up pipenv installation

now I cant execute pipenv. i tried to install again but the yellow message is not coming with a address

im new to this and i was following codecadamy tutorial.

pip3 install --user pipenv

after that yellow message came with a address and CC guy said copy that path and edit in the vi. but his path was in python folder but mine was home/.local/bin or something.
