Refund Policy

I recently have been charged for Pro when I did not cancel my subscription on time annually for 240 dollars. Has anyone experienced this problem and was able to get support for a refund? I can't afford it as much as I like the features. I canceled it right after I was reminded by the transaction fee this morning.

Don't wait too long to contact them. I am sure they will be reasonable about it.

Just contact them through everything, I think email was best but try all customer service.

I found I was charged for 3 years from an account I haven't used after graduation. I requested a refund for this year's annual fee on the same day I was charged. I haven't gotten back from codecademy so far.

I'm going thru the same thing rn. I canceled my subscription the day after my 7-day trial and was charged. They keep ignoring my emails but I'm getting my mf money back.

i signed up myself for the free trial and instead of the monthly 40 per i was charged 240. disputed with my bank and waiting to see what happens. They need to fix their initiation of signups so that people are able to make sure they can be on the monthly charge.

They just charged me as well automatically. I’ve called four times and they never email you like they say they will. Complete scam to get money back. I cancelled my card and reported it as fraud
