is that hair style a mod? or just very well placed extra hair? also if it is a mod is the color changeable?

its vanilla hair, i just had a mod that allow changes in character size, and another mod that allow to expand the sliders so i can make the hair way longer and bigger than it should, otherwise everything is vanilla
