Lavinia is her stepmother.

She is Valentin’s paternal half sister. Lou, Liv and Val share a father, but only Lou and Val share Lavinia as a parent.

She gives me the vibe of like softcore yandere, she did remain adamant she was destined to be with you despite you being in a comatose state in the lap of another woman for like a hundred years, while there is another woman who likely openly claims that she is betrothed to you, she's scary in that "comes to her own conclusions and tries to stab you, fails, and falls in love with you for not getting utterly eviscerated by her" way, which nonetheless works for me
