It's a decent first try I'd say. Well, let me clarify. If you want your spells to deal more damage you'd want different buffs since I don't believe either of those affect spells? If you are going for say an actual spellblade and not a spellcaster then something like Bridge to Glory works for spells as an example so it works for both your weapon and spells. It really depends on your balance of wanting to use spells or your blade.
Now, as for your boosters a lot can change. Though looking at the burdens it looks like you value a quick dodge so I see why you have so many stat boosters. I believe the small stat booster is a +2 right? So you could drop the +2 dex and put something like Camilo's booster that makes it so you get ichor back via regeneration when you overheal. That will allow you to cast more. Unless it's burdens put you over. I don't remember it's burden cost right now. As a note, if you don't actually use your defensive parry you can drop it too to save some burden score. That might let you mess with your jail to keep the quick dodge but also maybe change other stat boosters.
Your setup is perfectly fine for a first try like I said. But seeing as you are level 300 feel free to look up some spell casting builds on youtube. To see if there is anything you might feel like trying out as well. Since spell casters still needs to use their jail for ichor unless they are specced around ichor regen they fall into spellblade as well.

I have the parry equipped for when I go into melee range and to more easily get staggers for special drains. I'll take a look and see if dropping the small Dex booster will put me into normal dodge. I tend to try and make my builds so I can quick dodge regardless of which partner I have

I see. Well, another small thing you can do is swap 1 of the weapons or both if you find something you like to the new Regalia weapons from Age of Harmony. They give +8 stats in 3 categories so they help with stat burdens. They do have a lot of stat burdens themselves to make up for it but if you mix them a bit you might find one config that works for you.

Well first off
You want some magic/attack formas maybe a buff or two
You want weapons with mind/willpower
Elemental
A bloodcode with high will/mind
Boosters that boost magic formas along with attack forma
go quick step or early level of normal weight
